The ease, the laughter, heck even the boredom that came with childhood, quickly evaporated when you became a mama, and a working mama at that.

Mamas carry a different and heavier invisible load than fathers do, and honestly it can barely be articulated in a manner that makes sense, unless you’re another working mama.

There is so much noise most days, you feel stuck, not knowing how to break the cycle?


There is so much you’re committed to - your job, your kids, your partner, your facade of perfection - yet you’ve forgotten how to be committed to yourself. Taking care of you comes last, if at all.

Sure, there isn’t a manual to raising kids and most of the time we’re making it up as we go, but….

What would happen if you could find the path home to you again?

What if you could create a blueprint that supports your growth and health so that you can be less weary?

  • Have more fun and do less adulting

  • Be empowered and excited to be a woman, and a mom again

Waiting until you’re ready has likely brought you to this juncture.

The thing is, is that you’re never going to feel ready.

Facing your fears is uncomfortable and change isn’t easy. Even your brain likes to keep you “safe” by not changing.
Yet is remaining in this state beneficial for you or your family?

Remember, life is ever evolving and your darkest moments are preceded by lightest and brightest. You belong to both, always moving through and between, toward something greater. Sometimes you need a little bit of help though.

Come join the community of women like you, who got off course, who feel like life somehow slipped out of their hands, who feel like their to-do list and inbox controls their life, and need encouragement and wisdom back to the light.

Life as a working mom will be messy and chaotic at times but there’s hope!

More hope is found when you can get guidance, share your experience, ask questions, and make a friend.

I’m far from perfect and most definitely not a fairy godmother that can wave a magical wand to solve your problems, yet as a single, working mama, I’ve learned how to set myself up for more successful days rather than days where I want pull my hair out and runway from all of my problems or those hungry kiddos.
